iPhone 14 Deals: Free With Trade-In, New Line and More
With the iPhone 15 series officially available, there are plenty of ways to save big on these previous-gen models.
The new iPhone 15 series officially hit shelves this month, which means the iPhone 14 and 14 Pro are no longer the latest models in Apple's flagship lineup. But these previous-gen iPhones are still more than capable of handling most people's day-to-day needs, and there are plenty of ways to get your hands on one for less right now. You won't find any straightforward iPhone 14 discounts at the moment, but you can save big -- or even grab one for free -- if you've got an older phone to trade-in or need to activate a new line of service through a carrier. And to help you take full advantage of these offers before they're gone, we've rounded up some of the best deals available right now.
The Pro models offer some nice upgrades, including an advanced A16 Bionic chip and an updated display that ditches the infamous notch in favor of an adaptive pill-shaped display cutout that Apple calls the Dynamic Island. On the non-Pro side, the devices keep the same A15 Bionic chip from last year, though there are some under-the-hood improvements.

Best iPhone 14 deals
The iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro are available to buy directly from Apple, with delivery and in-store pickup options. You can trade in your old device for up to $650 off your new one and use an Apple Card to get 3% back on your purchase.
Verizon is offering a free iPhone 14 when you add a new line of service on a qualifying plan. You can get the basic iPhone 14 or the 14 Plus for free with any 5G unlimited plan, but you'll need to have the Unlimited Ultimate plan if you want the more advanced iPhone 14 Pro or Pro Max.
Verizon is also offering some other bonuses with the purchase, including $280 off an iPad and $120 off an Apple Watch, but you'll need a new line of service for those devices as well to get the discount.
AT&T is offering some solid savings on the iPhone 14 series right now. When you purchase the phone on an installment plan, you'll get the iPhone 14 or 14 Pro for just $15 a month, or the 14 Pro Max for just $20 a month -- as long as you have or switch to a qualifying service plan. That saves you as much as $360 compared with AT&T's price, and there's no trade-in or new line required. The discount is applied in the form of bill credits over 36 months, and you'll have to pay back the remaining balance if you cancel service before then.
It's pretty slim pickings on iPhone 14 deals right now at Best Buy. The tech retailer isn't carrying any unlocked models, and there aren't any savings available for Verizon customers. The only discount available is $100 off for AT&T customers starting a new line or account. Best Buy does have its own trade-in program, though, where you can score some extra savings in exchange for your old phone.
T-Mobile has quite a few different offers on the iPhone 14 and 14 Pro at the moment. People on a Go5G Plus or Go5G Next plan can get any model -- including the high-end 14 Pro Max -- for free when trading in an eligible device. Folks on the Magenta Max plan will save up to $650 with a trade-in, and those on a Go5G, Magenta or One rate plan will save up to $350. And you can still save up to $200 with a trade-in if you're on a different plan.
If you need a new line of service as well, you can save $730 with both a new line and an eligible trade-in, which scores you the basic iPhone 14 for free.
